Nissan Lands Exclusive Rights for iTunes Radio in Cars

If you want to access iTunes Radio in your car, you'll have to buy a Nissan.

The car manufacturer announced the first partnership with Apple's iTunes Radio on Tuesday, bringing the Internet streaming platform to its 2014 Nissan Rogue compact SUV, 2014 Versa Note and the LEAF electric vehicle.
